Apart from a property you need a whole system of suppliers and items in place to run a successful B&B. Everyone varies in what they need to run their place the best way they know how so this is just a Tip List of the things you may need just in case you see something and think - wow - I forgot about that!
SUPPLIERS & SUPPLIES
You may be thinking - what do I need Suppliers for? - Here's a taster...
You need breakfast food in stock and in date:
Bread
Milk
Sausages
Bacon
Black Pudding
Tomatoes
Fruit
Cereals
Juices
Eggs
Butter etc
For the rooms you will need:
Coffee Sachets,
Milk Sachets
Tea Sachets
Sugar Sachets
Coffees Cups
Hospitality Tray
Spoons, glasses, Mugs etc
Kettle
TV
Bedding
Towels
cleaning products
This is just a small list but there is so much more you need to have ready for your guests from Checking in forms to WiFi codes if necessary, key fobs, keys, breakfast menu or forms.
